So this may sound rather silly, but I was wondering... are we still friends, even though we never really talk anymore? "Friends" by MT standards, at least; it's been awhile since I heard from you, so I decided I'd drop by and leave a note, but then I couldn't think of what to say since it's been so long... and well, that's where the question came from. ^^; Pardon me for the randomness, and possible silliness of the question...

Oh, no worries about not talking to me for awhile... I totally know what you mean when you say that MT's not as fun as it used to be. And if it's not fun, there's not much reason to visit... I try to make a regular stop every day or so to moniter my groups and such, but if I didn't have those responsibilities, I probably wouldn't be here much, either.

And why in the world wouldn't I remember you, you goof? We've been MT friends for awhile, though I don't necessarily remember how it began... around two and a half years or something, I think.

I'm doing okay, I guess; fighting getting sick, which isn't much fun. Other than that... hm, there's not much other than that going on right now. Soccer's started for my college, even though classes won't start for another month or so, so I've been going to practices. Definitely not fun when sick... bleh. :P

So what about you? You said school's coming up (or already here?), but how about the rest of life? Or school, if that's all you have to talk about, lol.

Yeh, I've been a little bit busy lately, too. Your reply wasa bit too belated, but it's okay with me. I was been a little bit bsy with school, too. School has really been stressing for me. Anyways, I'm very glad you used a little of your time to stop by and say hi! ^_^

I'm glad you're still alive! I'd been wondering ^_^ Okay, maybe not...I just figured that you were busy (and it sounds like you are). But even if you were busy, it's always nice to log back on to a place like MT and find a message from a friend (well, someone you chat with, at least).

The userpage...? Wow, I'd actually forgotten about that! *lol* That doesn't really matter to me; yeah it'd be cool that a friend would make something like that for me, but it's not a big deal at all. There's no need to be sorry, toru; life happens, I know. Similar things have happened to me, and it totally stinks, but there's nothing you can do about it. *shrugs* So don't worry about that, 'k? I'm nowhere near mad. That'd be a silly thing for me to get mad about, anyway. I'm perfectly fine having a plain Jane page layout; it kinda fits me ^_^

On the college app thing, I finished and all; turns out I got into the one realistic college I applied for! I don't know if I'm actually gonna go there or not, but it's still exciting to get accepted, know what I mean? So yeah...I might just end up at a random community college for two years, then transfer to a four year university (and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, either). Who knows what God's got planned for me? I certainly don't, though I sometimes wish I did.

Blah...anyway, thanks for the little note letting me know you're still alive; that's always a nice thing to know *lol* I know I responded to this pretty quickly, but don't worry about being quick about responding if you're busy. It's been way too long since I've stopped by to say hi to you, Toru...I sowwie. I mean, it's taken me over 8 weeks to get back to your most recent comment to me; that's pretty bad. So yeah...hi! *waves*

I wanted to drop by and say hey, you know, see what was up with you and all. How've you been since we last talked? How did your exams end up going for you? You'd mentioned having them within the next couple weeks, and that would've been...well, a long time ago by now. How's school been since then? Are you still keeping busy? And are you working? Or is it just school? Both are cool, but some people amaze me with being able to attend school and keep a steady job; I don't know how they have the time to do it all. *shakes head*

I think it's cool that I was first on your friendlist before MT updated or changed or however you want to say it, nd now I'm first again. Whee! funness ^_^

Me, a model student? My dear friend, I am most certainly not; I wish I were (oh, how I wish I were!), but I wasn't blessed with the gift of natural intellect like my brothers or some other people. I have to work hard for every good grade I get...and even for some of the not-so-good grades I get. I guess that's my fault for taking some of the harder classes...but then again, there's also the classes that are required and all. Blah.

I'm getting behind in stuff...not the schoolwork, exactly, but the other things. I haven't started applying to colleges, which I should've done months ago, nor looking at scholarship stuff...ugh. I'm still a senior and I already despise college! That's not a good thing, you know. But I'm not gonna complain; you should't have to deal with that. I've got semester finals coming up in the next two weeks, myself...and boy, am I dreading them! The five hard finals I'll have are in a row, and the two easy classes are on the same day; I really wish I could space them out...bah humbug.

Soccer's long over for me; it's now basketball season. I don't play, but I do tape the girl's varsity games for the coach, so I'm still semi-busy there; only now it's two or three times a week instead of every weekday like school soccer was. So it's a bit of a relief...even though no sport means I'm not working out much now. Bad me...I hate not working out 'cause then I get in bad shape for track when it starts. I'm hoping to join the running club that's starting up at my school...but we'll see if I have time for it or not.

So yeah...that's basically the update on my life; boring, right? I know, I know (I hate talkign about me so much. So how'd your holidays go? And I'm assuming you got a Christmas break (I guess the politically correct term for the break would be "winter break", though)...how was it? Didja have a good time and all? I hope so...anyway, I gotta go finish a speech for my Bible class; I hope you enjoyed the semi-random, not-so-short note. I love getting notes on how friends are doing, so I try to respond as best I can...but I really didn't do a good job of that with your last post.
